In response to your letter on February 24, 2005, regarding the task force created by the Commission in Docket No. 04-035-42, the Commission has appointed Lowell Alt as Chairman of the subgroup. The subgroup, as detailed in the letter, will work to develop and propose rules for filing requirements, and will present a report of its proposals by December 15, 2005.
