DOCKET NO. 03-035-14

AMENDED
ORDER GRANTING INTERVENTION

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

By this Order, we clarify that the UAE Intervention Group and the Utah
Energy Office must comply with the schedule previously set for these proceedings.

ISSUED: April 23, 2004

By The Commission:

On April 13, 2004, we issued an order granting intervention to the UAE Intervention Group (“UAE”), and the Utah Energy Office (“UEO”). UAE’s Petition to Intervene included language asking for permission to follow a different filing schedule, even though UAE represented that it did not seek to alter the existing schedule through its intervention. Our order did not specifically address the application of the filing schedule previously set in this matter to UAE or UEO. We now recognize that this omission may have caused some confusion as to when these parties are to file their pre-filed, written testimonies. We hereby clarify that UAE and UEO must follow the schedule previously set for these proceedings.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:

Leave to intervene is granted to UAE and UEO in this matter as their interests may appear. UAE and UEO will be required to comply with the same schedule previously set for this docket.

DATED at Salt Lake City, Utah, this 23rd day of April, 2004.
