                        You are hereby given notice that the time for the technical conference previously scheduled in this docket has changed. The technical conference was previously set for Tuesday, August 31, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. The time has been changed to 9:30 a.m., on the Fourth Floor, Room #427, Heber M. Wells State Office building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.

                         Individuals wishing to participate by telephone should contact the Commission at least two days prior to the technical conference to make arrangements. On the day of the Conference, participants must call in to (801) 530-6716 or call toll-free 1-866-PSC-UTAH (1-866-772-8824) at least five minutes prior to the beginning of the Conference to ensure participation
