  By The Commission:

                      Upon agreement of the parties, and being fully advised, the Commission makes the following order regarding the schedule in this docket.

ORDER

                        NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1.            The following schedule shall apply in this matter unless otherwise ordered by the Commission:

July 22, 2004            Direct Testimony to be filed by PacifiCorp.

 

August 4, 2004               Direct Testimony to be filed by US Mag.

 

August 31, 2004             Technical Conference.

 

September 10, 2004        Direct Testimony to be filed by DPU and any intervenors.

 

September 24, 2004         Rebuttal Testimony to be filed by all parties.

 

October 1, 2004               Surrebuttal Testimony to be filed by all parties.

 

October 12, 2004            Hearing.

            2.            Responses to data requests will be filed within 7 calendar days.

3.            All hearings to be held in this matter shall begin at 9:30 a.m. and shall be held in the Commission’s Hearing Room No. 426, Fourth Floor, Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.

4.            All technical conferences to be held in this matter shall begin at 9:00 a.m. and shall be held in Room No. 427, Fourth Floor, Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.

            Individuals wishing to participate by telephone should contact the Commission at least two to three days prior to the Hearing or Technical Conference to make arrangements. On the day of the Hearing or Technical Conference, participants must call in to (801) 530-6716 or call toll-free 1-866-PSC-UTAH (1-866-772-8824) at least five minutes prior to the beginning of the Hearing or Technical Conference to ensure participation.
