                        You are hereby given notice that a technical conference shall be held in this matter on Friday, June 25, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 427, Heber M. Wells Office Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.  The topic of this technical conference is the independent evaluation criteria to be used in PacifiCorp’s future request for proposals for additional electricity supply.

Individuals wishing to participate by telephone should contact the Commission at least two days prior to the technical conference to make arrangements. On the day of the Conference, participants must call in to (801) 530-6716 or call toll-free 1-866-PSC-UTAH (1-866-772-8824) at least five minutes prior to the beginning of the Conference to ensure participation
