By The Commission:

A scheduling conference was held in this matter on March 20, 2004. After hearing from the parties and being fully advised, the Commission makes the following order regarding the schedule in this docket.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The following schedule shall apply in this case:

April 9, 2004 Direct Testimony to be filed by parties other than the Applicant.

April 28, 2004 Rebuttal Testimony to be filed by all parties.

May 5, 2004 Surrebuttal Testimony to be filed by all parties.

May 10-11, 13, 19 Hearings

2. Regarding data requests served prior to April 9, 2004, parties will respond within 7 days. Regarding data rquests served on or after April 9, 2004, parties will respond within five days.

3. All hearings to be held in this matter shall begin at 9:00 a.m. and shall be held in the Commission’s Hearing Room No. 426, Fourth Floor, Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.
