                        Deseret Power L.P. (“Deseret Power”) and US Magnesium LLC, (“USMag”) have petitioned the Commission for leave to intervene in the above-described and numbered matter.

                        Based upon the Petition and good cause appearing, therefore, the Commission makes the following

                        NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:

                        Leave to intervene is granted to Deseret Power and USMag in said matter as their interests may appear.
