REVISED SCHEDULING ORDER

By the Commission:

          Based upon the request of PacifiCorp and the agreement of the parties, and good cause appearing, the schedule for the remaining items in the Scheduling Order issued on March 24, 2004, in this matter is revised as follows:

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1.         The following schedule shall apply in this case:

May 12, 2004             Surrebuttal Testimony to be filed by all parties.

May 19-21, 2004        Hearings

May 19, 2004             Public Witness at 4:30 p.m.

            2.         Except as expressly amended by this Order, the schedule and procedures previously in effect in this matter remain in effect.

            3.         All hearings to be held in this matter shall begin at 9:00 a.m. and shall be held in the Commission’s Hearing Room No. 426, Fourth Floor, Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.

            4.         In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during any hearing or conference in this matter should notify Julie Orchard, Commission Secretary, at 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111, (801) 530-6713, at least three working days prior to the hearing or conference.
