By The Commission:

                        Upon agreement of the parties, and being fully advised, the Commission makes the following order regarding the schedule in these dockets.

ORDER

                        NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1.            The remaining dates of the schedules previously set in these matters are hereby vacated and the following schedule shall apply unless otherwise ordered by the Commission:

November 19, 2004            Hearing

 

2.      It is anticipated that the November 19, 2004 hearing shall be for the parties to present the Commission with the terms of a proposed stipulation to settle the outstanding disputes in all three of the above-captioned matters.

3.            All hearings to be held in these matters shall begin at 9:30 a.m. and shall be held in the Commission’s Hearing Room No. 426, Fourth Floor, Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.

                        Individuals wishing to participate by telephone should contact the Commission prior to the hearing or conference to make arrangements.  On the day of the Hearing, participants must call (801) 530-6716 or toll-free 1-866-PSC-UTAH (1-866-772-8824) at least five minutes prior to the beginning of the Hearing or Conference to ensure participation.
