You are hereby given notice that the time and date for the hearing previously scheduled in the above-captioned dockets has changed.  The hearing was previously set for Friday, November 19, 2004 at 9:30 a.m.  The time and date have been changed to November 29, 2004 at 2:00 p.m., in the Commission’s Hearing Room No. 426, Fourth Floor, Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.
