Notice is hereby given that a hearing on UAE’S Motion To Compel Discovery from PacifiCorp, Request for Additional Time to File Testimony and Request for Expedited Resolution will be held on December 2, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. before the Public Service Commission in Room 426, Heber M. Wells Office Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Individuals wishing to participate by telephone
should contact the Commission prior to the hearing or conference to make
arrangements. On the day of the
