By The Commission:
Upon agreement of the parties, and being fully advised, the Commission makes the following order regarding the schedule in this docket.
ORDER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1.
The remaining dates of the schedule previously set in this matter are
hereby vacated and the following schedule shall apply unless otherwise ordered
by the Commission:
October 13, 2004 Supplemental Direct Testimony to be filed by PacifiCorp and US Mag
October 22, 2004 Direct Testimony to be filed by DPU and any intervenors
November 2, 2004 Hearing
2. Responses to data requests will be filed within 7 calendar days.
3. All hearings to be held in this matter shall begin at 9:30 a.m. and shall be held in the Commission’s Hearing Room No. 426, Fourth Floor, Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Individuals wishing to participate by telephone should contact the Commission prior to the hearing to make arrangements. On the day of the Hearing, participants must call (801) 530-6716 or toll-free 1-866-PSC-UTAH (1-866-772-8824) at least five minutes prior to the beginning of the Hearing to ensure participation.
