DOCKET N0. 03-035-04

PROCEDURAL NOTICE

  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ISSUED:  September 17, 2004

By The Commission:

Pursuant to Commission Order dated October 22, 2003, on September 15, 2004, Utah Power and Light submitted its final report regarding its monitoring and evaluation of power supplies on the line serving Dammeron Valley Water Works (DVWW).  Also on September 15, 2004, DVWW emailed Commission staff indicating that the soft start/soft stop equipment it has installed at its new pump house continues to trip and turn off the well motor due to voltage fluctuation.  Because DVWW has hired its own consultant to review the data presented by PacifiCorp, it has requested that further proceedings in this docket be delayed for three months to enable the consultant to finish that review.  Therefore, notice is hereby given that no further action will be taken with respect to this Complaint until December 17, 2004, by which time DVWW must submit a report detailing the consultant’s conclusions.

DATED at Salt Lake City, Utah this 17th day of September, 2004.
