The American Association of Retired Persons (“AARP”); Kroger Co. (“Kroger”); Utah Industrial Energy Consumers (“UIEC”), comprised of Critical Care, Fairchild Semiconductor, Holcim, Inc., Kennecott Utah Copper Corp., Kimberly-Clark Corp., Malt-O-Meal, Micron Technology, Inc., Praxair, Inc., and Western Zirconium; Comcast Cable Communications, LLC (“Comcast”); and the UAE Intervention Group (“UAE”), comprised of Alliant Techsystems, Central Valley Water Reclamation District, Chevron U.S.A. Inc., Conoco Phillips, Hexcel Corporation, IHC Heath Services, Inc., Simplot Phosphates Ltd., Swift & Company-Utah, Western Electrochemical Company, a division of American Pacific Corporation, Utah Association of Energy Users have petitioned the Commission for leave to intervene in the above-described and numbered matter.
Based upon the Petition and good cause appearing, therefore, the Commission makes the following
ORDER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:
Leave to intervene is granted to AARP, Kroger, UIEC, Comcast and UAE in said matter as their interests may appear.
