At the request of Light and Truth, the Public Service Commission will add the Light and Truth Exhibit 1.0, Direct Testimony of Paul F. Mecham, to Docket No. 04-035-21. Comments regarding objections to the addition of this testimony may be filed before the Scheduling Conference set for April 18, 2005, at 2:00 p.m, and can be sent to the Public Service Commission, Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111.

Individuals wishing to participate in the Scheduling Conference by telephone should contact the Commission at least two days prior to the scheduling conference to make arrangements.
