EXTENSION OF

REQUEST FOR COMMENTS

By The Commission:

                        On March 23, 2005, the Public Service Commission granted an extension of the deadline for interested parties to file comments on PacifiCorp’s 2004 Integrated Resource Plan (“IRP”), moving the deadline to April 8, 2005. We invited interested parties to make comment on the appropriateness of the IRP 2004 report and to make recommendations on whether the Commission should acknowledge the plan. Potential commentators have again requested an extension of the time period; the Utah Association of Energy Users filing a written request to extend the time period to April 22, 2005. Based upon the requests, the Commission hereby grants the extension.

ORDER

                        NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:

                        Comments on the acknowledgment of PacifiCorp’s Integrated Resource Plan 2004 be submitted by interested parties by April 22, 2005.
