By The Commission:

                        On May 3, 2005, the Commission issued a Scheduling Order in the above-referenced proceedings. While that Scheduling Order set a tentative schedule in these proceedings, pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 3 of that order, that schedule was vacated when the Commission issued its Order on Various Procedural Motions and Petitions on August 1, 2005.

Notice is hereby given that a Scheduling Conference in this matter will therefore be held on Thursday, August 11, 2005 at 9:30 a.m., Room #427, Fourth Floor of the Heber M. Wells State Office building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. The purpose of the scheduling conference is to set a new schedule for upcoming proceedings in the above-referenced proceedings in light of the Commission’s August 1, 2005 Order and this order vacating the balance of the schedule previously adopted.

                        Individuals wishing to participate by telephone should contact the Commission at least two days prior to the scheduling conference to make arrangements. On the day of the Conference, participants must call in to (801) 530-6716 or call toll-free 1-866-PSC-UTAH (1-866-772-8824) at least five minutes prior to the beginning of the Conference to ensure participation.

                        In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the Commission, at 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111, (801) 530-6716, at least three working days prior to the hearing.
