                        On July 5, 2005, Western Resource Advocates (“WRA”) and Utah Clean Energy (“UCE”) petitioned the Commission for leave to intervene in the above-described and numbered matter.

                       NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:
