ORDER EXTENDING
REBUTTAL TESTIMONY TO

LATE FILED DIRECT TESTIMONY OF WASATCH WIND

ISSUED: August 10, 2005

By The Commission:

            Under prior scheduling order, written direct testimony was to be submitted and served by July 29, 2005. Wasatch Wind prepared written direct testimony, but did not comply with the July 29 filing requirement; it’s filing and service of its testimony was delayed. Pacificorp has filed a Motion requesting various alternative actions to deal with the late filed testimony. The Commission has concluded that it is appropriate to give all other parties, who wish to address Wastach Wind’s direct testimony additional time in which to prepare and file their rebuttal testimony to the late filed direct testimony of Wasatch Wind’s witnesses.

            Wherefore, as directed by the Commission, this ORDER is issued whereby the filing deadline for other parties’ rebuttal testimony to the direct testimony of Wasatch Wind is extended to August 29, 2005.
