                        Notice is hereby given that this matter is set for hearing before the Commission on Wednesday, August 31, 2005, 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. in the Fourth Floor Hearing Room #426, Heber M. Wells State Office building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider legal arguments related to ExxonMobil’s Motion to establish a deadline for Spring Canyon and determine availability of the stipulation pricing for ExxonMobil that was filed with the Commission on August 24, 2005.

                         Individuals wishing to participate by telephone should contact the Public Service Commission two days in advance by calling (801) 530-6716 or call toll-free 1-866-PSC-UTAH (1-866-772-8824). Participants attending by telephone should then call the Public Service Commission five minutes prior to the hearing to ensure participation.
