Notice is hereby given that this matter is set for hearing before the Commission on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. in the Fourth Floor Hearing Room #426, Heber M. Wells State Office building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the Fourth Amendment to the Power Purchase Agreement qualifying facility (QF) contract between Sunnyside Cogeneration Associates and PacifiCorp.
