By The Commission:

Due to scheduling conflicts, the time and date for the hearing previously scheduled in this docket has changed. The hearing previously set for Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at 9:00 a.m., has been changed to Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at 9:00 a.m., Fourth Floor, Room #451, Heber M. Wells State Office Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Utah Power & Light will be given an additional 10-day period of time in order to respond to the complaint after the technical conference. The new deadline for Utah Power & Light is September 20, 2005.
