                        By agreement of all parties concerned, please take notice that all testimony regarding the Revenue Requirement and Cost of Service for this docket, previously set for Friday, February 4, 2005 is now due on Wednesday, February 9, 2005.

                        The hearing for the Revenue Requirement portion of the rate case, previously scheduled to begin on Thursday, February 17, 2005, has been postponed until Tuesday, February 22, 2005. The hearing will begin at 9:00 a.m. in Room 427 on the Fourth Floor of the Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. All other hearing dates previously set will remain as scheduled.
