By The Commission:

                        On January 20, 2005, PacifiCorp submitted its eighth Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) entitled “Integrated Resource Plan 2004" to the Utah Public Service Commission as required by our June 18, 1992 Order in Docket No. 90-2035-01 which promulgated our Standards and Guidelines governing PacifiCorp’s IRP.

                         We invite interested parties to make comment on the appropriateness of the IRP 2004 report and to make recommendations on whether the Commission should acknowledge the plan.

 

ORDER

                        NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:

                        Comments on the acknowledgment of PacifiCorp’s Integrated Resource Plan 2004 be submitted by interested parties by March 24, 2005.
