On June 21, 2005, hearing convened on this matter as previously scheduled. Respondent Nicole Weaver appeared by telephone. However, at the start of the hearing, the Administrative Law Judge determined that matters necessitated continuing the hearing to a later date. Respondent and the Utah Power representative present at the hearing concurred with this determination.
Therefore, notice is hereby given that the hearing in the above-entitled matter will reconvene before the Administrative Law Judge of the Public Service Commission of Utah on Thursday, July 14, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., Fourth Floor Hearing Room #451, Heber M. Wells State Office building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. All parties have the right to be represented by legal counsel. Failure to bring legal counsel will constitute a waiver of the right to representation.
