By The Commission:

                        At a technical conference held on Wednesday, March 23, 2005, representatives of Dammeron Valley Water Works (“DVWW”) and Utah Power and Light (“UP&L”) agreed that DVWW shall have until April 22, 2005, to file with the Commission its analysis of the UP&L final report filed September 15, 2004. In order to facilitate completion of the DVWW analysis, not later than April 4, 2005, DVWW shall submit its consultant’s questions regarding the UP&L final report to the Division of Public Utilities (“Division”) which will expeditiously forward them to UP&L in the form of data requests. UP&L shall respond to such data requests by April 11, 2005.

                        Further proceedings in this docket will be scheduled as necessary following filing of the DVWW report.
