EXTENSION OF

REQUEST FOR COMMENTS

By The Commission:

                        On January 20, 2005, PacifiCorp submitted its eighth Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) entitled “Integrated Resource Plan 2004" to the Utah Public Service Commission as required by our June 18, 1992 Order in Docket No. 90-2035-01 which promulgated our Standards and Guidelines governing PacifiCorp’s IRP. We invited interested parties to make comment on the appropriateness of the IRP 2004 report and to make recommendations on whether the Commission should acknowledge the plan. We requested that comments and recommendations be filed March 24, 2005 Potential commentators have requested an extension of the time period; the Utah Association of Energy Users filing a written request to extend the time period to April 8, 2005. Based upon the requests, the Commission will grant the extension..

ORDER

                        NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:

                        Comments on the acknowledgment of PacifiCorp’s Integrated Resource Plan 2004 be submitted by interested parties by April 8, 2005.
