You are hereby given notice that the time and date for a hearing previously scheduled in this docket has changed. In a Scheduling Order issued on May 3, 2005, the “Hearing on all motions to exclude and/or dismiss” was scheduled to be held on July 18, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. Due to scheduling conflicts, this hearing will now be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2005 1:30 p.m., Room 427, Heber M.
