DOCKET N0. 03-035-04
|
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ISSUED: May 31, 2005
By The Commission:
On April 26, 2005, the Commission issued its Third Procedural Notice in this docket, requiring Dammeron Valley Water Works (“DVWW”) to file with the Commission by May 23, 2005, its analysis of the Utah Power and Light (“UP&L”) final report filed September 15, 2004. This deadline was established in order to provide DVWW time to return a motor which had failed on March 23, 2005, to its manufacturer for failure analysis so that this information could be included in DVWW’s report.
On May 23, 2005, DVWW notified Commission staff by email that it has not yet received the failure analysis from the motor manufacturer and requested additional time to receive this information and submit its report.
Therefore, based on the foregoing information and for good cause appearing, the Administrative Law Judge hereby grants DVWW’s request for an extension. Not later than June 15, 2005, and every two weeks thereafter, DVWW shall advise the Administrative Law Judge of the status of its analysis and report, including whether it has received the failure analysis from the motor manufacturer. Further deadlines and proceedings will be scheduled as necessary once the Commission is notified that DVWW has received the manufacturer’s failure report.
DATED at Salt Lake City, Utah this 31st day of May, 2005.
