                        Notice is hereby given that a Status and Scheduling Conference in this matter will be held with the Administrative Law Judge on Monday, September 26, 2005 at 9:00 a.m., Room #427, Fourth Floor of the Heber M. Wells State Office Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. The purpose of this Conference is to discuss the status of motions currently pending in this docket and to set a date for oral argument on these motions.
