TO INTERVENE

PacifiCorp, dba Utah Power, moves to intervene in the captioned proceeding. In support of its motion, PacifiCorp states:

PacifiCorp is an Oregon Corporation, licensed to do business in Utah.

PacifiCorp provides electric utility services to over 620,000 customers in Utah pursuant to various certificates of public convenience and necessity and rates, charges and conditions of service approved or issued by the Utah Public Service Commission .

As the owner of the electric infrastructure that is the subject of the issues raised in this proceeding, PacifiCorp has a direct interest in those issues that cannot be represented by any other party.

Wherefore, PacifiCorp respectfully requests that the Commission enter an order permitting PacifiCorp to participate in these proceedings with the full rights and privileges of parties before the Commission.
