Due to scheduling conflicts, you are hereby notified that the schedule in

this docket is revised as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:

1.           The previously issued scheduling order shall be disregarded.

2.        The following schedule shall apply in this case.


                         May 5, 2004               Responses to DPU data requests

            May 28, 2004             DPU to circulate its draft proposed rule

June 14, 2004             Parties to provide comments on DPU's draft

July 7, 2004                Revised proposal from the DPU based on the comments of the Parties

July 9, 2004                Technical conference in Salt Lake City


Following these dates the DPU will determine what additional steps will be necessary, if any, before submitting its proposed rule to the Commission.
