                        Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”) and VoiceStream PCS II Corporation dba T-Mobile (“T-Mobile”) has petitioned the Commission for leave to intervene in the above-described and numbered matter.

                        Based upon the Petition and good cause appearing, therefore, the Commission makes the following

ORDER

                        NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:

                        Leave to intervene is granted to Qwest and T-Mobile in said matter as their interests may appear.
