On September 14, 2004, a scheduling conference was held in this docket before the Commission’s Secretary. At that conference, the parties agreed on the following initial schedule for this Docket. This schedule is based on answers to certain DPU data request being submitted by October 1, 2004.

October 15, 2004 DPU to submit draft contract

October 29, 2004 Parties to file issues lists including draft contract language

November 4, 2004 Issues list submitted by DPU for technical conferences

November 16 & 17, 2004 Technical Conference

December 1, 2004 Technical Conference

All Technical Conferences/Workshops will begin at 9 a.m. in Room 427 on the Fourth Floor of the Heber M. Wells State Office Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Individuals wishing to participate by telephone should contact the Commission at least two days prior to the technical conference to make arrangements. On the day of the Conference, participants must call in to (801) 530-6716 or call toll-free 1-866-PSC-UTAH (1-866-772-8824) at least five minutes prior to the beginning of the Conference to ensure participation. A bridge number will be set up at a future date if needed.
