By The Commission:

 

            Pursuant to the agreement of all parties participating at the June 8, 2005, technical conference, in which they indicated they believed there was no need to conduct the hearing set for June 14, 2005, the Commission has concluded to cancel the hearing.

            Wherefore, notice is hereby given that the June 14, 2005, hearing in this matter is cancelled. Further proceedings, if any, will be noticed by the Commission.
