                        On April 12, 2005, the Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency (“UTOPIA”) petitioned the Commission for leave to intervene in the above-described and numbered matter.

                        Based upon the Petition and for good cause appearing, therefore, the Commission makes the following

ORDER

                        NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:  

                        Leave to intervene is granted to UTOPIA in said matter as its interests may appear.
