The remaining scheduled for this docket is amended as follows to set an additional technical conference and to provide procedural guidance for an abbreviated hearing:
June 8, 2005 – Technical conference commences at 2:00 p.m. in Room 427 on the Fourth Floor of the Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. The purpose of the technical conference is to discuss the relationship between pole attachment regulation and industry safety standards, such as the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), and municipalities.
June 14, 2005 – Hearing commences at 9:00 a.m. At hearing, each of the ten
issues listed in the Division of Public Utilities May 13, 2005, Issues Matrix will be considered in-turn. Each party will be allotted five minutes of oral argument per issue.
Individuals wishing to participate by telephone should contact the Commission at least two days prior to make arrangements. On the day of the technical conference or hearing, participants must call (801) 530-6716 or call toll-free 1-866-PSC-UTAH (1-866-772-8824) at least five minutes prior to the start time to ensure participation.
